UTTARAKHAND BAMS COUNSELING
Uttarakhand Ayurved University is the first AYUSH University in Uttarakhand. There are Seven Faculties to be established in the University. These faculties are Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga and Naturopathy, Bio medical Sciences, & Pharmaceutical Sciences. The main objective is to promote the application of basic sciences in the field of AYUSH and evidence based medicine. Uttarakhand Ayurved University has its 03 Campuses namely Rishikul Campus & Gurukul Campus at Haridwar (U.K) and Faculty of Ayurved, Main Campus at Dehradun. The Faculty of Biomedical Sciences at main campus, Dedradun is one of the main faculties being developed on priority basis and going to be one of the center of excellence in Ayurvedic research.
Uttarakhand Ayurved University is the authority who conducts the counselling for B.A.M.S, B.H.M.S. & B.U.M.S Courses in State Government and Private Colleges Affiliated with Uttarakhand Ayurved University, recognized by NCISM, Central Council of Homeopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A candidate for admission to BAMS / BHMS Courses in Govt. / Govt. Aided Ayush Colleges and Open Merit Category (State quota) Seats in Private Ayush Colleges will be eligible if he / she:
(a). is a citizen of India.
( b). The candidates, who are bonafide residents of Uttarakhand as per instructions issued by the Chief Secretary to Govt. Uttarakhand and who/whose parents produce(s) Uttarakhand Residence Certificate as per Government.
(c).All candidates (General/SC/D-SC/BC-A/BC-B/ Benchmark disabilities /EWS/ ESM/ FF) desirous of seeking admissions in any category of seats should full-fill the minimum eligibility criteria/qualifications/qualifying criteria as prescribed in the information bulletin for national Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) issued by NTA for the Academic year 2025-26 and as per regulations of NCISM/NCH, New Delhi issued from time to time.
(d). Candidate who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks (as specified in NEET UG-2024) shall not be eligible for admission to BAMS/BHMS courses.
(e). The candidate has completed 17 years of age and not more than of 25 years at the time of admission or will complete that age before 31.12.2025 i.e. He / She born on or before 31.12.2008 and after 01.01.2001 provided that the upper age limit may be relaxed by five years in case of the Scheduled Castes / Backward Classes and PwBD Candidates.
(f). For Management category, candidates from All Over India shall be eligible, irrespective of their State of domicile and place of study.
COUNSELLING REGISTRATION FEE
Online counseling one time registration Fee is Rs- 2,000/- for round 1 and round 2 for all categories, but registration fee for fresh registration (for fresh candidate) in Round 2 is Rs. 2000/-. To Participate in IIIrd / Mop-up Round registration of Rs-2000/- is required for all candidates of all categories.
Counseling registration fee shall neither be refunded nor carried forwarded, if the application for UAUC- UG-2024-25 Centralized counseling is rejected/candidature is found to be ineligible.
For all the rounds of Counseling, registration fee as described above will have to be paid online through Net Banking, Credit or Debit card only.
