Initially, the college admitted 50 students out of its approved capacity of 100 MBBS seats. It has affiliation with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and recognition from the National Medical Commission (NMC). The institute operates from the premises of Bytco Hospital and has plans for a permanent, fully equipped campus to enhance infrastructure and learning facilities for students.
