Government Medical College Satna, established in 2023, focuses on improving medical education and healthcare services in Madhya Pradesh. It affiliates with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University Jabalpur and holds recognition from the National Medical Commission (NMC). About the Hospital
The attached teaching hospital is the upgraded District Hospital Satna, equipped with 500 beds. It delivers tertiary care services, including 24×7 emergency and trauma care, outpatient (OPD), and inpatient (IPD) facilities. In addition, it offers specialty services supported by advanced medical equipment and modern diagnostic tools. This hospital serves as a vital clinical training platform, giving students hands-on exposure to diverse patient cases under the supervision of experienced doctors.
