About The College
Dr Ulhas Patil Medical College & Hospital began in 2008 under the Godavari Foundation. It stands as the first medical college in Jalgaon district. The campus spreads across 33 acres and includes modern academic blocks, four fully equipped audio-visual lecture halls, dedicated subject laboratories, a central dissection hall, and a 24×7 digital-access central library. The college holds recognition from the National Medical Commission and maintains affiliation with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. It adopts the competency-based MBBS curriculum and offers admission to 150 students every year through NEET-UG. In other words, the intake happens based on merit and follows allocations under state quota and NRI/institutional categories.
About The Hospital
The institution houses a 500-bed teaching hospital that delivers comprehensive care. It runs specialty services in medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, ENT, dentistry, and gastroenterology. The hospital includes modular operation theatres, a trauma unit, adult ICU, NICU, PICU, and NABL-accredited diagnostic labs. Moreover, it maintains a blood bank and accommodates around 650 outpatient visits daily. Most importantly, the hospital supports insurance-based and government-funded cashless treatment, making it accessible to underserved populations. As a result, students receive strong clinical exposure throughout their training.

Seats In College
The college offers 150 MBBS seats annually. It reserves 127 seats under state counselling and fills 23 seats through the NRI or institutional quota. Additionally, the institution runs postgraduate programs in specialties such as Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology, Radiodiagnosis, and General Medicine. In total, around 40 MD/MS seats are available per academic cycle. To clarify, all seat allocations follow NEET-based merit and centralized counselling norms defined by authorities.

For instance, Radiodiagnosis and General Medicine may have higher fee brackets than less in-demand disciplines.
