The college has followed the competency-based MBBS curriculum since its inception and admits 100 students annually through NEET-UG. These seats include 85 under the Maharashtra state quota and 15 under the institutional quota. Affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and recognized by the National Medical Commission, the institution combines academic discipline with a patient-centric teaching approach.
