Ashwini Educational Association’s Ayurvedic Medical College & PG Centre Established in 1992 by the Ashwini Educational Association, this premier institution honors the legacy of the Ashwini Vaidyas—divine healers in Indian tradition. It sits centrally in Davangere and spans a tidy 14-acre campus, inclusive of a 2-acre herbal garden.

The college operates under affiliation with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore and is recognized by the CCIM (now NCISM) and AYUSH Ministry.

Courses Offered

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery): 5.5 years (4.5 academic + 1-year internship)
• Postgraduate (MD/MS Ayurveda) programs—specializations available (approx. 12 PG seats total)

Admission Process & Eligibility

• BAMS: Requires qualification in NEET-UG; 10+2 PCB with 50% aggregate (40% for reserved categories—Karnataka only)
• PG (MD/MS): Requires a valid BAMS degree with internship and AIAPGET qualification
